Avatars not Displaying

Hi there,
I have just installed DWho's Online to use on my website. Everything works fine except for the displaying of the avatars.

I installed DAvatar and set it to use Joomla Contact... no images at all.
I am also using Agora Forums so I tried setting DAvatar to Agora Forums... only showed the default Agora image for all online users.

When I tested both of these methods I used test users that had avatars attached.

Any idea what I am doing wrong or not doing?

I would love to get this working!

For agora do you enable option to Support Agora forum in the module settings?

Unfortunately I have no much time to make full tests now.

I have enabled the Agora setting in both DWho's Online module and DAvatar plug in, I used the profile link to Agora Profile in the DWho's Online module, it works fine and links to the correct user profile.
Only problem is that in only displays the default Agora avatar as it does in the forum for a user that has not assigned an avatar yet. My test users have assigned avatars.
